Presentation Descriptions:
( ) Let Me Tell You a Story = Introducing young children to reading and using their imagination.
target age: Pre-K to 2nd grade.
( ) ABC & 123 - The Mechanics = Introduces children to the world of writing and how what they are learning now can lead to a career in writing.
target age: 3rd - 8th grade
( ) So You Want to be a Writer = Introduces children to the different genres of childrens writing and how to begin down the path to publication.
target ages: 9th - 12th grade

A combination of one or more of the presentations may be checked or I can adapt to the Contracting Party's needs. Each presentation can last up to 45 minutes and will include time for Q&A. I adjust to the Contracting Party's time constraints.

:FEES:
~Any session where I have the option of selling my book(s), I do not charge a fee. I rely on my book sales to compensate me for my time. I reserve the right at these sessions to sell books and any other promotional material I may incorporate.
~For sessions where I do not have the above option, I charge $50 per session. This charge is to reimburse me for non-sales I miss because of the age group I'm presenting to.

For locations outside a 30 mile radius from my town of Ocilla, GA, transportation, lodging, and meals (during to and from return transit as well as during the stay at the presentation location) are the responsibility of the Contracting Party.

GASOLINE EXPRNSE:
The Contracting Party will be billed for mileage times the current Federal Per Mile tax rate.

ROOM RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:
A single double occupancy hotel/motel room is fine.

MEALS:
If Contracting Party is a school, a regular school lunch is fine.

Multiple entities may join together to finance the presentations as long as the presentations are at a single location.

*All expenses must be paid the day of the presentation(s).*

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
(1) I will need up to two tables. One for the materials in my presentation and one to display and sell books.
(2) I will require one chair for autographs session.
(3) If addressing a large group, I like to have a pa system to ensure that everyone can hear.

BOOK SALES:
Please order books either through me or my publisher ahead of time. This will allow more time for interaction with the children at the time of the event. You can find a copy of my Book Order Form on my website.
